Stein Adler Defeats Ejectment Attempt Against Commercial Tenant

Stein Adler prevailed on behalf of its commercial tenant client in New York State Supreme Court, staving off summary judgment after a landlord refused to abide by the parties’ lease terms and refused to remedy leaks on the leased property.
