Noam Besdin Named Partner at Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP
We are delighted to announce that Noam Besdin has been named Partner effective January 1, 2025. The promotion recognizes Besdin’s track record of successfully navigating complex and high stakes commercial disputes across multiple industries and securing significant victories in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels, and before arbitral tribunals, across the country.

Noam’s practice emphasizes complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular focus on real estate and employment issues. He represents a diverse clientele including investment firms, hedge funds, real estate entities, startups, and financial executives in matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties, fraudulent transfers, trade secrets, and professional malpractice.
Beyond his commercial practice, Besdin leads Stein Adler’s Pro Bono Practice, which provides corporate counseling and legal advocacy to support the missions of several organizations. These pro bono clients include Safe Passage Project, which assists undocumented refugee and immigrant children; Welcome to Chinatown, which preserves and supports Manhattan’s Chinatown community; and charitable organizations like Let’s Do Something, an aid organization funded in the aftermath of the October 7 attacks in Israel.
Before joining Stein Adler in 2021, Besdin practiced at Amini LLC, a litigation boutique in New York, and at Sidley Austin LLP, where he focused on bankruptcy litigation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Journal of International Law, and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University. Since 2016, Noam has been recognized annually with his selection to Thomson Reuters New York Metro Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars.”
