Stein Adler Welcomes Rikki Lavine to Real Estate Group

We are excited to welcome Rikki Lavine is Of Counsel in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Real Estate group. Rikki represents investors, developers, and property owners in high-value commercial real estate transactions across the country. Her practice spans acquisitions and financing across a broad range of asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily housing, hospitality properties, and industrial portfolios. Rikki also brings experience in distressed real estate, advising on workouts, restructurings, and complex deal mechanics with strategic insight.

Rikki earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University. Prior to joining the firm, Rikki was an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and before that, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where she represented lenders, developers, and investment firms in all stages of real estate transactions.
