Stein Adler Welcomes Ellene Ko to Litigation Team

We are excited to welcome Ellene Ko to Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Litigation group. Ellene focuses on matters involving employment, real estate, and commercial disputes. Her experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery demands, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys in trial and arbitration proceedings. She is also a certified mediator, having served as a Court Neutral in the NYC Small Claims Court, where she helped parties resolve disputes.

Prior to attending law school, Ellene spent over a decade in human resources and management consulting in Switzerland, South Korea, and China, experience that gives her a practical understanding of how businesses operate, and the workplace challenges they face. That background informs her approach to litigation, allowing her to provide legal strategy that is connected to the client’s broader business goals.

Ellene earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as Articles Editor of the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review. She graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Sociology. (Economics was a minor)

Ellene is fluent in Korean and conversational in French and Japanese.
