He represents clients in New York state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. With over 10 years of experience in both law firm and in-house counsel roles, Aaron provides valuable counsel to companies and executives on labor & employment issues and is particularly skilled in litigating and defending labor and employment matters on behalf of both employers and executives.
