Brian J. Weinberger is Of Counsel to Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP. He is an accomplished transactional real estate attorney with a primary focus on commercial leasing across all asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.

Brian represents real estate funds, owners, operators, developers and high-net-worth family offices in connection with complex leasing transactions and related real estate matters. He drafts and negotiates office, retail, shopping center and industrial leases, as well as amendments, assignments, subleases, access agreements and brokerage agreements. Brian is a practical dealmaker who understands when to push, when to compromise, and how to keep momentum ensuring transactions close efficiently while advancing his clients’ broader business goals.

Brian’s perspective is uniquely informed by his seven years serving as General Counsel to a national real estate investment and development platform overseeing a portfolio exceeding 12 million square feet nationwide. His years serving as in-house counsel give Brian an insider’s view of how owners think, prioritize risk and measure success. He understands when an issue is truly material and negotiates accordingly, preserving leverage where it counts while keeping transactions moving toward execution.

After serving as General Counsel, Brian founded Weinberger Law P.C. in 2022, where he continues to counsel clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on leasing.

Earlier in his career, Brian practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP, where he represented institutional investors, private equity firms and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and complex leasing transactions.

Brian earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
