Casey Hail is Counsel in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Employment and Litigation groups. Casey provides representation to clients across a broad range of industries in matters involving labor and employment issues. She provides guidance to her clients on compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including drafting policies and procedures, and drafting and negotiating employment, separation, and confidentiality agreements. She also has extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters in New York’s state and federal courts. Her focus includes forensic collections, document retention, and developing litigation readiness protocols, ensuring robust legal strategies for her clients.
Casey earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Rhodes College. Prior to joining the firm, Casey worked at Amini LLC and Storch Amini PC, and before that, as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Stein Adler secured a complete dismissal with prejudice of all claims against its client, a real estate developer, in a federal action arising from the development of a condominium property in Brooklyn, New York. The plaintiff asserted claims including fraud, negligence, unjust enrichment, breach of implied warranty, and violations of federal disclosure laws. The Court granted the motion to dismiss, holding that all claims were time-barred and rejecting efforts to recast alleged construction defects as ongoing obligations.
Stein Adler Secures Arbitration Win in High-Stakes Employment Dispute
Stein Adler secured nearly $1 million in arbitration for a senior executive wrongfully terminated “for cause” by a global gaming company, including full back pay, health benefits, and attorneys’ fees. Defeated aggressive employer claims in a high-stakes trial before a federal judge.
