Overview
Daniel Dwyer is a Partner in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Real Estate department, where he leverages over 20 years of transactional real estate expertise.
Dan’s practice focuses on a comprehensive range of commercial real estate transactions and concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, assemblages, development rights transfers, and leasing transactions involving commercial, multifamily, industrial and hotel properties. Dan also has significant experience executing commercial real estate finance transactions, including those involving acquisition, construction and refinancing loans; bridge financing, EB-5 financing, and loan workouts and purchases. As a knowledgeable, experienced, and highly versatile real estate attorney, Dan has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex transactions on behalf of his clients.
Dan earned his J.D. from Fordham University of Law and his B.A. from Hobart College. He was a judicial intern to the Hon. John Gleeson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Representative Matters
- Represented Firebird Grove in the $32 million acquisition of 11 residential buildings in a gated culture-de-sac in New York City’s Greenwich Village neighborhood.
- Represented Mayfair Real Estate Development in the acquisition of seven low-income multifamily housing properties in Louisiana.
