Jacob Lewin is a Partner in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation groups. Jacob has a broad range of commercial litigation experience in New York and New Jersey’s state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. He significant expertise also extends to litigating before Jewish tribunals (Beth Din).

Jacob’s practice is centered on complex commercial and real estate litigation, where he excels in delivering practical, business-oriented solutions to clients across a wide range of real estate, commercial and construction disputes. Jacob also has a strong track-record in successfully representing physicians and medical facilities in reimbursement disputes with commercial insurance carriers.

Jacob earned his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law where he was the Notes Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. He received his B.A., cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
