Jacob Siri is an Associate in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Real Estate group, where he assists on the firm’s representation of clients on matters involving acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial real estate.

Before joining the firm, Jacob gained hands-on experience as an extern at Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP in their Real Estate Department, as well as at other roles with boutique law firms, financial institutions, and real estate companies. His work has included drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements and loan documentation.

Jacob earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and Vice President of the Real Estate Law Association. He also holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
