James is a Legal Assistant in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Real Estate group. James assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including the drafting of conveyance documents and the coordination of transactional workflows for various property portfolios.

James supports the firm’s attorneys through each stage of a deal, from the preparation of organizational charts to the maintenance of deal checklists to ensure procedural accuracy. He facilitates the execution of signature pages and the assembly of closing binders, ensuring all documentation is organized and complete. Additionally, as a Notary Public, James provides support in the authentication of legal instruments and the formal execution of transactional documents.
