Jane A. Lebowitz is a Senior Paralegal in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Private Wealth, Trusts & Estates group, bringing more than 20 years of experience to her practice. Jane is based out of the firm’s Westchester office and assists with all aspects of the firm’s estate planning practice, including the preparation of health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney, wills, and revocable and irrevocable trusts, including charitable planning vehicles, qualified residence trusts, and spousal lifetime access trusts.

Jane supports the firm’s attorneys throughout the estate planning and administration process, including preparing deeds for New York and Connecticut properties transferred without consideration, coordinating the transfer of residential cooperative apartments into revocable trusts, and preparing federal gift and generation-skipping transfer tax returns. She is a licensed Notary Public in Westchester County, New York.
