Jodi Lipka is Counsel in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Private Wealth, Trusts and Estates group. She advises high-net-worth domestic and international individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer. Her work includes drafting wills and structuring revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and other wealth transfer solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals. Jodi regularly counsels clients on estate, gift, income, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters, and advises on trust funding, fiduciary management, and lifetime gifting strategies.

Jodi serves a broad range of clients, from business owners and real estate investors to newlyweds, new parents, and multigenerational families, helping them navigate personal and financial transitions. Known for her collaborative, hands-on approach, she makes sophisticated legal and tax concepts accessible. She often works closely with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to ensure every piece of the plan is aligned and thoughtfully executed.

Jodi received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and holds an LL.M. in Taxation with a concentration in Estate Planning from New York Law School. She earned her B.A. from University of Michigan with distinction. Her writing on estate planning, charitable giving, and collectible assets has been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and Trusts & Estates Special Report: Art, Auctions & Antiques.
