Michelle Marino is a Certified Paralegal in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Private Wealth, Trusts & Estates group and is based out of the firm’s Westchester office. She works closely with the Stein Adler’s attorneys and clients on estate planning and administration matters, as well as business formations and related transactions.

Michelle assists with probate and administration proceedings, preparing petitions and supporting documentation, and helping guide matters through the Surrogate’s Court process. She also supports business formations, including preparing and filing organizational documents, obtaining Employer Identification Numbers, assisting with agreements, and maintaining corporate records.

Organized, responsive and meticulous, Michelle brings a steady hand to matters that often involve numerous moving pieces. She works closely with attorneys, clients and other professionals to keep matters on track and make the process as smooth as possible for the clients the firm serves.
