Overview
Moses is an Associate in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Real Estate department, where he focuses on acquisitions and sales, financings, and lender-side Fannie Mae loans.
Moses earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Yeshiva College, Yeshiva University. Prior to joining the firm, Moses was an Associate at Berger Fink LLP where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters for the firm’s real estate clients, including foreclosures, leasing disputes, purchase and sale disputes, and construction litigation.
Representative Matters
- Represented Extell Development in the $39 million acquisition of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) headquarters building at 165 East 56th Street in New York City.
- Represented Box Equities in the $41.9 million acquisition of the Legrand North America distribution center in Vandalia, Ohio.
- Represented Extell Development in the $19 million acquisition of the former site of New York City’s historic Friars Club.
- Advised Mayfair Investment Partners in the $38.5 million acquisition and financing of a Detroit industrial asset, reflecting continued investor demand in the industrial sector.
