Rikki Lavine is Of Counsel in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz LLP’s Real Estate department where she represents investors, developers, and property owners in high-value commercial real estate transactions across the country.

Her practice spans acquisitions and financing across a broad range of asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily housing, hospitality properties, and industrial portfolios. Rikki also brings experience in distressed real estate, advising on workouts, restructurings, and complex deal mechanics with strategic insight.

Clients turn to Rikki for her meticulous attention to detail, forward-thinking approach, and calm counsel under pressure. Whether she’s structuring a multi-property financing or navigating the diligence process on a tight timeline, she brings precision and perspective to every stage of the deal.

Rikki earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from New York University. Prior to joining the firm, Rikki was an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and before that, Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where she represented lenders, developers, and investment firms in all stages of real estate transactions.

  • Represented Box Equities in the $26.7 million acquisition and financing of a multi-state portfolio of industrial properties across Florida and Georgia leased to Iron Mountain.
  • Advised Box Equities in the refinancing of an $18 million industrial asset formerly leased to HanesBrands.
  • Advised Mayfair Investment Partners in the $38.5 million acquisition and financing of a Detroit industrial asset, reflecting continued investor demand in the industrial sector.
