Shanialee Gooden is a Legal Assistant in Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz’s Private Wealth, Trusts and Estates group. Shanialee assists the firm’s attorneys with various aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration, including the preparation and organization of estate planning documents, fiduciary accountings, client correspondence, and matters related to the administration of trusts and estates.

Shanialee supports the firm’s attorneys by preparing documents for client meetings and signings, reviewing estate planning documents, assisting with trust and estate administration matters, and communicating with clients regarding documents and next steps. She also assists with the preparation of EIN applications, fiduciary accounting matters, and the organization of tax and financial records related to trusts and estates.
