Adam is a solution-oriented counselor who focuses on complex commercial disputes, specializing in all aspects of real estate litigation.
Adam takes a hands-on approach in every situation, personally guiding his clients through every stage of a matter in order to avoid litigation, where possible, and limit the likelihood of disputes in matters where litigation can be avoided. When court intervention is required, Adam is an aggressive litigator who has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal court systems throughout the country, and has successfully litigated a broad range of cases and arbitrations for individuals, businesses and institutional clients.
Adam also has significant experience in the healthcare space, including defending healthcare providers in connection with insurance audits, and litigating medical revenue recovery claims against major insurance companies in state and federal court.
Prior to founding the firm, Adam was a partner at Herrick, Feinstein LLP.
