Daniel Dwyer is a partner in Stein Adler’s real estate department, where he brings more than 20 years of high-level transactional experience to the table.  

Daniel’s practice focuses on the full range of commercial real estate transactions and concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, assemblages, development rights transfers, and leasing transactions involving commercial, multifamily, industrial and hotel properties. Daniel also has significant experience executing commercial real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, construction and refinancing loans; bridge financing, EB-5 financing, and loan workouts and purchases. 

During law school, Daniel was a judicial intern to the Hon. John Gleeson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

    Represented Mayfair Real Estate Development in the acquisition of seven low-income multifamily housing properties in Louisiana.
