Dawn McNamara assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial development projects; office, industrial, and multifamily acquisition and sale transactions; and commercial loan and other real estate finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders.

Dawn supports Stein Adler attorneys in every aspect of a transaction, including the preparation of purchase agreements and loan documents, due diligence review, title and survey review and negotiation, and transaction closings. She also has experience in residential and commercial leasing transactions, and regularly assists with business entity formations and foreign qualifications.
