Jacob Lewin has a broad range of commercial litigation experience in New York and New Jersey's state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Jacob also has significant experience litigating before Jewish tribunals (Beth Din). Jacob’s practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation, as well as providing practical, business-oriented solutions for a wide range of real estate, commercial and construction disputes. Jacob also represents physicians and medical facilities in reimbursement disputes with commercial insurance carriers.

Jacob was recognized as a New York Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2017-2023. Prior to joining the firm, Jacob was an attorney at Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch LLP; Fishman & Decea; and Paul, Weiss, Rikind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
