Jason Lederman advises business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, real estate owners, and other high-net-worth clients on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. 

Jason’s practice is focused on developing holistic wealth transfer strategies and structuring tax-advantaged trusts, entities, and transactions. He frequently advises clients on gift and sale transactions (often involving grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, family LLCs and operating business entities), disability planning for beneficiaries with special needs, charitable giving (involving private foundations, charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts), probate and trust administration, and issues related to the establishment, transfer, and succession of family businesses.
