Matt Rosselli is Of Counsel to Stein Adler’s litigation department.
Matt has extensive experience representing clients across a variety of industries in all phases of litigation and arbitration. He focuses on complex commercial litigation and routinely litigates investor, contract, business tort, real estate and employment disputes. Matt has advocated for clients at hearings and trials, while employing a practical approach to achieve favorable resolutions to matters at earlier stages of litigation.
Matt previously practiced law at Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
