Noam Besdin is an experienced litigator who has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts, and before arbitral tribunals, in connection with a broad array of disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duties, fraudulent transfers, trade secrets, licensing agreements, non-compete clauses, and professional malpractice claims.

Noam counsels private and corporate clients in a number of industries, including investment firms, hedge funds, real estate firms, financial services executives, start-ups and small businesses, bankruptcy trustees, energy companies, authors, art galleries and telecom providers.

Noam began his career at a prominent international law firm, focusing primarily on bankruptcy litigation. During law school, he interned for the Hon. Katharine S. Hayden, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and at the Philadelphia Public Defender Association. 

He has been recognized as a Litigation Rising Star by Thomson Reuters from 2016 through 2021.
